Until today, 2014, it was slightly modernized. Compared to the Kia Sorento 2015 - this car is slightly larger in size, but it lags behind the electronic filling.

The ergonomics of the cabin are thought out to the smallest detail, the dashboard has Supervision illumination and is convenient for the driver at any time of the day.

Specifications Kia Mojav 2014

From the very beginning, two versions were available to motorists of the domestic market, each with a V6 engine. In one version, a 3.6-liter gasoline engine was installed, its power is capable of developing 274 hp. The second version is equipped with a 3-liter diesel engine with 250 hp. High environmental friendliness and efficiency of this engine is ensured by the "Common Rail" injection system, which has piezo injectors. The first engine was combined with a 5-speed automatic transmission, while the second worked in tandem with a 6-speed automatic transmission.

In the fall of 2011, the diesel version of the KIA Mohave received a new gearbox - 8-speed, as for the gasoline engine, its volume increased to 3.8 liters, and the power increased to 275 hp.

Diesel 3-liter Kia Mojav 2014 with a capacity of 250 hp and "automatic" with 6 gearshift steps accelerates the SUV in 9.6 seconds to 100 kilometers per hour, while the fuel consumption is just over 10 liters per 100 km in the combined cycle.

The second unit, which has a volume of 3.8 liters (the exact volume of the engine is 3778 cm) and a capacity of 275 liters, which runs on gasoline and is combined with a 5-speed gearbox, is capable of accelerating the KIA Mohave to 100 km per hour from scratch in just 8, 5 seconds, while consuming approximately 11.6 liters of fuel per 100 km of driving on a combined cycle. In the city, the fuel consumption of the first generation Kia Mohav is 3.8 liters - 15.1 liters per hundred kilometers.

Both gearboxes provide a choice of control - semi-automatic or automatic. The car has a frame structure, four-wheel drive with a reduction gear and a front axle that can be connected. The all-wheel drive system is controlled by an electronically controlled clutch that operates in 3 modes.

The car is characterized by excellent handling - the turning radius of the car is 5.5 m, which is very good for its dimensions. Also, in certain situations, the ground clearance can be increased by an additional 9 cm, which is a very convenient function.

When the SUV moves on city and highway roads, 100% of the traction is transferred to the rear wheels; in certain weather conditions, grip on slippery surfaces can be improved by manually connecting the four-wheel drive, this allows evenly distribute traction between the wheels at speeds of less than 80 km per hour.

When the automatic permanent all-wheel drive system is operating at high-speed mode, 100% of the traction also falls on the rear wheels, but if they slip, then up to 50% of the torque can be transmitted to the front. An LSD center differential is available as an option.
